The following treatments will provide good results to your lawn. Rainfall & your help watering is essential during dry hot days. A Lawn Care Program is not a miracle cure to achieving a perfect lawn, it is a cultural program that gives your turfgrass all the essentials it needs to develop its full potential. *Two additional applications are included this year. Analysis has shown the extra visits will allow us to more carefully monitor your lawn conditions and meet its particular needs (nutrient supplements, weeds, insects, and disease control).

Core Aerification:

  • Helps air, water, and nutrients reach the roots of your grass. This reduces compaction, and thatch stimulates new growth, improves drainage, and increases the effectiveness of fertilizers and control products.

Seed

  • We provide spot seeding during our spring cleanup and over seeding during our core aeration. We use only high quality blends based on your property needs - sun, part shade or shade.

Pesticides

  • Pre-emergence: The most effective way to control crabgrass and grass weeds

  • Post-emergence: Applied in the spring to control broadleaf, weeds, chickweed, clover, dandelion etc.
    Spot applications to target weeds only.

* Customers are responsible for removing signs marked "Pesticide Treated Area"
   only after 24 hrs of a completed pesticide application.

Insect Control

  • We use the latest grub control available - Merit. This product is low in toxicity, has a 95% or better control rate and breaksdown to a harmless matter after it has completed its job.

Thatching

  • Revitalize your lawn by removing dead grass and providing room for new growth.

Tree Shrub Care

  • Disease and Insect Control.
